is a leading manufacturer of quality life safety systems.
Founded in 1952, Fire-Lite was the first company to introduce
addressable fire alarm systems to the market. Today, Fire-Lite
manufactures low-to-mid sized fire alarm control communicators,
remote power supplies, annunciators and voice evacuation
products.
Fire-Lite features a full line of fire alarm panels, emergency

Fire Alarm Control Panels
The MS-9050UD Fire Alarm Control Panel offers
state-of-the-art technology with easy installation, operation,
and maintenance. Suited for stand-alone applications, the
MS-9050UD is ideal for smaller facilities such as apartment
complexes, banks, cinemas, child care and elementary schools,
department stores, food stores, places of worship, restaurants,
small retail outlet stores, and other facilities requiring
performance-based, sophisticated technology at reasonable cost.
With capabilities such as remote upload/download programming and
diagnostics, addressable point identification, drift
compensation, built-in digital communication, and NAC
synchronization, the MS-9050UD delivers features typically found
only in more expensive, larger systems.
The Fire-Lite MS-9600 is a compact, cost-effective, intelligent
addressable fire alarm control panel with a capacity of 318
addressable Fire-Lite devices on one Signaling Line Circuit (SLC)
or a total of 636 addressable points with an optional second
loop (SLC-2). It features the latest in advanced fire protection
technology, including maintenance alert and automatic detector
test functions.
Emergency Voice
Evacuation Panels
The Fire-Lite ACC-25/50DAZS is a state-of-the-art, compact, DA
(Distributed Audio) panel which is designed to interface
directly to addressable or conventional fire alarm control
panels or can be automatically activated via the Audio Command
Center 25/50 (ACC-25/50) Series' Zone System serial
communications link. The self-contained, cost-effective modular
design includes a single channel, 25 Watt, 25 Vrms audio
amplifier, a zone page module (ACC-APM), and a zone splitter
module (ACC-ASM). The ACC-25/50DA, which supports up to eight
speaker circuits, can be used to distribute voice evacuation
audio over a building's speaker system. Suitable applications
include, but are not limited to: schools, auditoriums,
dormitories, theaters, restaurants, places of worship,
motels/hotels, office buildings, factories, etc.
Conventional Fire Alarm Control Panels
Fire-Lite's MS-2 and MS-4 Fire Alarm
Control Panels bring the latest in microprocessor technology to
conventional fire controls. The MS-2 is compatible with the new
I3 smoke detectors from System Sensor, and provides such
advanced features as drift compensation, maintenance alert, and
freeze warning.

Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems
Utilizing 3MTM NovecTM
1230
Fire Protection Fluid
Novec 1230 fluidis an environmentally
acceptable, people compatible, clean agent for vital facilities
with a wide range of applications. Novec 1230 fluid suppresses
the fire by removing heat energy and interrupting the combustion
process.
FM-200®
Developed as a Halon replacement, FM-200 has
been selected by Chemetron as the best clean agent fire
protection for vital facilities. We have designed systems for
compatibility and maximum effectiveness with FM-200 and
developed an innovative FM-200 flow calculation software program
to aid in individual system design for each unique application.
Argonite®
Argonite is an inert gas that extinguishes fire based on the
principle of oxygen depletion. Argonite is an environmentally
acceptable clean agent that offers Zero Ozone Depletion
Potential (ODP) and Zero Global Warming Potential (GWP).

SMOKE DETECTION
Detection Logic offers the VESDA line of air
aspirating smoke detection devices. Through a process of
filtration and laser detection, VESDA detectors measures smoke
level particles in the air and communicates the information to a
fire alarm control panel or building management software. VESDA
detectors are suitable for a wide range of applications and
provide the earliest possible detection without false positives.
VESDA LaserCOMPACT
The VESDA LaserCOMPACT offers a simple, cost effective solution
for the protection of single and smaller environments such as,
small archives, production machinery, ceiling voids, prison
cells, wet benches, data storage cabinets and critical process
tools. The LaserCOMPACT display supports three configurable
alarm levels (Alert, Pre-Alarm, Fire).
VESDA LaserFOCUS
The VESDA LaserFOCUS is an air sampling smoke
detector, ideal for protecting the service provision associated
with small telecommunications facilities such as local exchanges
and mobile base stations. The LaserFOCUS incorporates
first-in-industry Ultrasonic Airflow Sensing to provide flow
measurement that is immune to temperature and pressure changes.
Its out-of-the-box design makes installation and commissioning
quick and easy and the pre-engineered pipe network designs
supplied with the product make system design simple.
VESDA LaserPLUS
The core product in the VESDA product range,
the LaserPLUS detector it detects fire at the earliest possible
stage and reliably measures very low to extremely high
concentrations of smoke. The detector can form part of a modular
system with the display, programmer and VESDAnet modules
installed in a remote location or as a "self-contained" system
by replacing the detector's panels with display and/or
programmer modules. The display supports four (4) configurable
alarm levels (Alert, Action, Fire 1 and Fire 2) and a 20-segment
bar-graph indicating real time smoke level and fault conditions.
VESDA LaserSCANNER
The LaserSCANNER locates the origin of smoke
by identifying the first sector (pipe) with the highest level of
smoke and then continues to sample from all sectors to monitor
fire growth. The VESDA LaserSCANNER is ideal for protecting
several rooms or separate areas within a building, such as those
within hospitals and dormitories, hotels, laboratories, computer
rooms or offices.
