Customers can get the full range of the testing and inspection, as well as ongoing service and maintenance with a comprehensive service plan.  This ensures the highest level of dependability and survivability of their installed systems.

Testing and Inspection
Detection Logic offers services to test, inspect, and maintain fire alarm, smoke control security systems and door assemblies as required by the national and local fire codes. We hold all necessary licenses including Underwriter Laboratories listings to make certain your systems are up to code and your exposure to risks are minimized. Our testing technicians are well trained and carry NICET and local certifications. We are also Regulation 4 (Reg-4) certified in Los Angeles. As a premium service, we can barcode all devices to better keep track of the testing history of any given component.

Following the performance test, we produce a complete test and inspection report that identifies:

Each individual device tested and its performance
Recommended modifications and upgrades
System failures and required repairs

Our clients may also choose to view their performance test results online through our password protected and encrypted portal.

Service and Maintenance
We offer the following service and maintenance advantages

·         On-call 24 hour emergency maintenance response service with locally stocked replacement parts

·         Perform extensive testing and inspection by qualified and certified technicians
