By closely estimating the total time and costs involved, our clients are more precisely able to plan for Tenant Improvement installations, building openings and tenancy. Benefiting from our understanding of existing and upcoming fire code standards, as well as having our experience in commercial real estate management, we are able to assist our clients closely estimate time and financial resources requirement to meet all applicable fire/safety requirements. 
We also work hand-in-hand with our clients to forecast operational and capital expenditures annually or at the beginning of the project. We will also alert our customers if systems will be outdated, obsolete, or beyond capacity in the next five years.
