ENGINEERING
Detection Logic has invested heavily in its Engineering function and is well-known for its design and engineering expertise and accuracy. Design and engineering is performed completely in-house by a highly skilled team of experienced and educated professionals. Unlike many other fire protection companies we do not rely on outsourcing and consultants. Upon joining the Company, each engineer is required to undergo three months of extensive training and apprenticeship prior to assignment to customer projects. Our training not only covers system design and deployment, but also includes detailed instruction on the myriad of fire codes under which our products and services are regulated.

Our engineering team carries the following degrees and certifications:

N.I.C.E.T. Level 4
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Fluid Dynamics

The engineering and design team uses the latest automated design tools, methods and processes available today. Our designers are trained specifically to work very closely with your project management and design team as well as our own internal implementation teams to ensure your solution is seamlessly integrated to meet your specific needs as well as all code requirements, all on schedule and within budget. Our designs are guaranteed to meet all plan review and inspection requirements, and our solutions employ the latest available technology and features from our  vendor partners.
