Actively seeking Technician for: Bothell, WA., Glendale, AZ, and Burbank, CA.  Requirements: Individuals should be computer literate, energetic, self motivated, dependable, and technically inclined. Individuals that have computer skills, good troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Local and National Fire Codes, multiple fire alarm systems and inspections experience, are a definite plus. Individuals that work well under little or no supervision or do not require intense supervision are strongly encouraged to apply. Salary range will be based upon experience level. Experience and knowledgeable in EST3 is a plus for:  CA. Experience and knowledgeable in Notifier is a plus for: Glendale, AZ, Bothell WA, & Burbank, CA. Responsible to grow the service business by providing solutions to existing as well as new client base. Create proposals to customers outlining new fire alarm systems or retrofit type applications. Work with Service Technicians to quantify service repair proposals based on discrepancies discovered during system inspections. Partners with internal departments to communicate job scopes and relay customer needs. Attract new customers to our organization and up-selling our already well-established client base through a combination of outdoor field sales, phone sales, and direct marketing efforts. Possess excellent cold calling skills and the ability to identify and seek out new business.  Exceptional communication and organizational skills; experience in developing new business and implementing sales strategies. Capable of generating sales leads and account information; previous experience with fire alarm and fire protection industries preferred. Makes contact with businesses through on-site cold calls and networking by visiting properties and talking to management or owners. Takes leads from existing customer base and develops new customer base. Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of services. Service Sales Account Executive-Bothell, Wa

Outside sales of testing and service agreements for Fire Detection and Fire Suppression Systems (Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems). Make in-person calls on Property Managers, Building Owners, Building Engineers, Facility Managers, etc to find service and inspection opportunities.  Outline the total scope of Fire Alarm and Security services offered by Detection Logic to them (Inspection, Service, Parts, Monitoring, New System Install, Tenant Improvements, System Upgrades, System Design, Engineering). Develop a plan for the commercial property owner/manager to meet and fulfill the standards for testing and service of NFPA, as adopted by the local AHJ. Present the plan to the customer in proposal form to be thorough and competitively priced, at a profitable margin for Detection Logic. Offer annual Monitoring Service to customers through our UL Central Station affiliate. Introduce Detection Logic to customers as an Integrated Systems Company by establishing contact with new and existing customers that are current users of Notifier, Bosch, and other product lines that we support. Develop long term relationships with these customers to insure future repeat business with Detection Logic.

Maintain current file of licenses and certifications required for bids and/or contractor approvals, validation of perspective companies bidding certain projects and salesperson designation. Produce month recap of all sales secured by sales person. Answer phones, mail, office supplies, shipment, coordinate with Fleet, credit applications, transcription of Meeting Minutes. Sales Assistance, A/P -Manage billing for all service accounts/monitoring, A/R – Manage account receivable data for Contracts/Aging reports/past due letters/collections/cancelations/bankruptcy.  Process requests for certificates of insurance to and from customers. Monitoring – manage new account set up/data changes/dates of service. Data Entry – all service report notes in Timberline system for documentation. Filing – File all service paperwork process through station for hard copy back up documentation
